We are looking for a Senior Developer to add to our distributed team. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to help shape the culture and processes in a rapidly growing company. You’ll work closely with product and design and you’ll have a meaningful impact on the products you build. You’ll help decide what technology is used and you’ll be responsible for implementing new technology initiatives. You’ll maintain a healthy work life balance, and be trusted to get things done without working more than 40 hours per week.

Typical tasks might include

Working on web, desktop, or mobile apps using React, .NET or React NativeMentoring junior developersReviewing pull requestsWriting testsWorking on green field projectsMigrating legacy products to newer frameworksContributing to the cross-product architectural planDiscussing new product ideas with designers and product managersResearching new tools and processes

Requirements

Excellent communication skillsAt least 5 years of professional development experienceAt least 2 years experience with .NET Framework, .NET Core, React, and/or React NativeExperience managing a small team of developersAbility to write good tests and to explain when and why they are necessaryExperience working remotely with a distributed team
