Want to help Modus streamline and implement best practices for our internal tools to align to our goals and vision? Are you interested in working from home with some of the best talent on the planet? Then keep reading.
You love to maintain and enhance the SalesForce tool for Sales, Executive Dashboards, Finance, Talent Acquisition, Marketing, and Operations.
You'll have a primary focus on the configuration of page layouts, workflow processes and rules, document templates, data fields, support of department dashboards, develop/support user requested reports, and process daily user requests/comments. We use a variety of applications, which means you’ll work with Trello, Slack, Confluence, Google drive, etc. and look for ways to integrate Salesforce with our existing tool stack. You will be working with a disruptive consulting firm that helps companies transform for success in the digital future.
You have been an experienced Salesforce Administrator with working knowledge of setup for a professional services company. Knowing how to setup Org Wide Defaults, Sharing Rules, Field Level Security, Roles, Profiles, and Permission Sets is required. You understand how to develop Custom tabs, validation rules, approval processes and Auto-Response for automating business logic. Being comfortable sharing ideas and solutions to help ensure Modus is using Salesforce “best practices” is important and encouraged.
You have the ability to deal with multiple requests from cross-functional teams and can prioritize your work independently. Experience with Salesforce Analytics (Einstein Analytics), Salesforce Lightning, Salesforce Mobile SDK, Salesforce DX and/Or Autorabbit is a plus. Having a Salesforce Administrator certification is preferred.
Having overlap with your team is critical when working in a global remote team. Modus requires all team members to overlap with EST morning hours daily. In addition, reliable high speed internet is a must.
You use Trello, Confluence or similar products for tracking work and you are highly independent requiring minimal supervision and direction.
You love learning. Digital Transformation is an ever-evolving world. You enjoy playing with new tech and exploring areas that you might not have experience with yet. You are self-driven, self-learner willing to share knowledge and participate actively in your community.
