Movatic is looking for full-time sales, marketing & customer success remote position to become a key part of our small, but growing team.
Movatic is a rapidly growing startup that is all about making shared and on-demand mobility easy and accessible. Our platform enables users to rent bikes, scooters, and bike parking at 250+ Movatic powered systems across the world. You love to help solve people's problems - from showing them how a product can solve their pain points, to supporting them during on-boarding, and addressing their issues after launch. Your strong communication skill allows you to easily create materials and explain complex ideas simply. The prospect of rapidly learning new skills excites you. While you are hungry to make an impact and take ownership of task, you are always looking to collaborate and seek out team and user feedback. Working remotely excites you as you are a focused self-starter who enjoys a flexible work schedule. For you, working on something that is challenging and important with other smart, dedicated people is a must.
- 2+ years of relevant work experience.
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written (English).
- Empathy to simply explain how software works to less tech savvy individuals.
- Willingness and ability to create sales, on-boarding, and support materials.
- Desire to work remotely on a small team as the first full time sales, markets and customer success role.
