Primary Job Function:
As a digital marketing platform, one of our biggest priorities is creating amazing, multi-part marketing campaigns for our financial adviser members. The Data Entry Specialist is involved with the production process after writing and design is completed to ensure all campaign pieces are collected, the text is converted to HTML, and all elements are entered into our database by the assigned due date.
- Highly organized with supreme attention to detail driven to deliver work on time?
- Naturally quick to grasp sequential steps in a complex process, following workflows accurately and independently?
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with web-based technology and tools, like WordPress, HTML, spreadsheets, and more?
- A critical thinker and problem-solver that can process information, anticipate needs, and make appropriate recommendations?
- An excellent communicator and team-player that enjoys a fast-paced, virtual environment?
