You love being on the phone with people and are ready to go deep and be honest with them

You are a good listener and have a feeling for the right questions to ask

You have a sky-high integrity and are willing to turn away people who aren’t a fit for our program. This company is about people over profit and the person on the front line will be responsible for keeping this culture and mission intact.

You are coachable and always look for ways to grow and learn
