The JW Agency is a FAST growing digital marketing agency and we are in need of a Digital Marketing Strategist.
We partner with entrepreneurs to generate consistent leads and sales while rapidly scaling their revenue using innovative and cutting edge marketing strategies through paid Facebook advertising. We specifically work with business owners selling digital products, coaching programs, and high-ticket offers.
The Digital Marketing Strategist will be creating and leading Facebook & Instagram paid advertising client campaign strategies & results by developing campaign strategies for all new & existing clients, supporting ad team with struggling client accounts and adjusting strategy if necessary, being the lead on creative assets from our creative team for all client accounts, monitoring all KPI's, being in contact & communication with clients, and continuously being innovative and strategic with client campaigns to maximize results.
You'll be part of a team that loves to collaborate, share ideas, share funny memes, and provide support to one another on a daily basis.
This position is:
~ 100% Remote
~ Full-time, 40+ Hour Contract Position
~ Available 9am-5pm (North American Time Zones)
Responsibilities (Tasks Associated with the Role)
- Prepare and lead on-boarding Strategy Call with new clients to set overall plan for next 90 days.
- Build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy for all agency clients
- Manage and train the rest of the team
- In communication with clients with updates on campaign, progress, goals, and strategy.
- Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices
- Measure ROI and KPIs and make necessary strategy adjustments if needed
- Prepare and manage digital marketing budget
- Request, review/approve & manage creative assets from creative team for all campaigns
- Monitor competition for each client and provide suggestions for improvement
- Stay innovative in strategy and creative for all client accounts
- Attend weekly meetings with Ad Manager & Marketing Manager to ensure accounts are always successful
Results (Expected Accomplishments)
- Increase in client results (CPL, CPA, ROI, etc.) due to added high-level strategic support
- Increased client retention
- Increased innovation on all client accounts via strategy, messaging, creatives, and more.
- Remove Marketing Manager from the strategic and creative tactical responsibilities.
Requirements (Expected Proficiencies)
- North American time zone
- 40+ / week available to JW Agency Team remotely
- Expert level Facebook and digital marketing strategy knowledge (minimum 2+ years experience in Facebook advertising)
- Very organized and loves utilizing project management tools
- Ability to be on all of the team strategic meeting calls
- Amazing communication and time management skills
- Attention to detail and a love for marketing
- Ability to handle potential high-pressure situations with clients and/or their accounts
- Thrive in a fast-paced agency environment remotely
- Be open to leadership trainings and continually growing as a leader
- High-speed internet access with an appropriate work space for client & team communications
